SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES AND PRICING
The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.

At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date. Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days.

Remember that the delivery address of your order has to be in the same market/region where you made the purchase. Next day delivery - $ 12.95 or $ 19.95 (depending on delivery address). $ 25.00 only for Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery in 2-4 working days - $ 6.95

Shipping will be free if your order includes non-discounted items for an amount above $ 70.

Same day delivery - $ 19.95

Same day delivery in Miami for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Deliveries will be made between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM EST (some exclusions may apply).

Please keep in mind if your order includes a large item from HOME, corresponding shipping costs will be charged.

If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; should it still be possible per the status of your order.

Remember: some of the previous options may not be available depending on when you place your order. We will show you the delivery date at the time of purchase.
CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN
The return must be handled within the established period.

Online purchase: you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order.

The items need to be in their original condition and with all their packaging / vases / holders.

You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

Remember: you will find the final date you will be able to make a return in your order detail.
RETURN AT A DELIVERY POINT
You can return your items by leaving your package at a delivery point.

The cost per return request is $ 4.95 which will be subtracted from your refund.

If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request the return in the Returns section of your account.

If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can request a return by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.

Once you have requested the return, we will email you the instructions to make the delivery and the number of labels to match the number of packages you are going to send.

Follow the instructions and take the return to the location of the shipping company you indicated to us that you want to use. This option is available only for online purchases.

You do not need to include the receipt.

When making a return request, if your order contains a large sized item from the HOME collection, we will ask you to contact us to arrange a pickup at your house.

Remember: you must send the items you wish to return before the return period ends.
