Our florals come from the best sustainable rose farms all around the world. The leather and suede used in our premium arrangements is made of 100% real materials imported from Italy, whereas our vegan leather is sourced from carbon neutral production plants.

All of our products are shipped from Southern California. Once your order is processed, our wonderful team will ship it right to you.

Ricordami orders are processed immediately. You may then choose the timing of your delivery, based on your needs. Once the product has left Ricordami, we are not able to control potential courier delays, due to weather or high volume holidays.

For this reason, we recommend ordering your arrangement at least a week in advance of when you need it to ensure the package is delivered in the most timely manner possible.

Eligible products are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers damage or degradation of the preserved florals not caused by neglect or lack of maintenance.
