Leasing is set to launch this May for Dey & Bergen, a new rental property in Harrison, New Jersey. Located at 1 Bergen Street along the Passaic River waterfront, the building offers a collection of 242 units.

The mix layouts will include studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments with occupancy starting at $1,850 per month.
